Problem:

  • Large organisations such as the big 4, government departments and the large tech and advisory firms are facing an untenable research management problem with more research being generated than ever before but much of it ending up underutilised in knowledge silos across different departments and locations
  • Research data often ends up stored without a structure, as a series of documents across an assortment of folders never to be looked at again
  • Losing track of this information has  a number of financial implications, with duplicated work and time lost to collating data, but ultimately enterprises are missing out on competitive opportunities by letting their insights and knowledge go to waste.

Solution:

  • Graphium is a B2B Saas Platform that helps organisations manage and analyse the data they hold internally
  • By automatically collating, structuring and visualising the internal document sets
  • Graphium drastically speeds up the research process, generating new insights from existing data and enabling rapid discovery of expertise across the company

Product:

  • The Graphium platform takes in various types of written text, including word documents, pdfs and txt files, it then uses machine learning models and some proprietary algorithms to extract topics from the text and assess a relevancy score for each topic. This information is then used to generate a knowledge graph data structure. This structure then enables Graphium to generate a variety of insights on the collection of documents as well as visualise the connections between the data.
